Reservation Conditions

On the day of arrival the room will be ready from 2 p.m. On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 10 a.m.

The reservation is deemed valid upon the settlement of at min. 50% of the price of the stay and all associated services. If the advance payment is not settled by the set deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.

In the instance of the reservation cancellation by the client 28 or more days before the planned arrival, 100% of the advance payment will be returned. For the reservation cancelled no more than 14 days before the planned arrival, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded, and for 7 days – 25% of the advance payment will be returned. In the instance of cancelling the reservation later than 168 hours before the planned arrival, none of the advance payment will be refunded. The advance payment may be transferred to dates other than those agreed beforehand only with the consent of the guesthouse operator. In the case of guests failing to arrive on the planned date without informing the responsible employee of the guesthouse about a later arrival, the advance payment will automatically be forfeited and the accommodation will be offered to other potential guests. The remaining balance of the price is to be paid in cash before departure.
